We are happy to accept returns for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY up to 7 days from when the item is received. Returned items must have their original packaging, be in new unworn condition, and all tags attached.
All sale/discount item(s) CANNOT be returned for an exchange unless the product is faulty or damaged. Returns are contingent upon inspection of sale/discount item(s) once we receive it.
PREORDERS
All preorder items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, refund, or store credit unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
Preorder items are produced or reserved specifically based on each order placed. Because these items are made available in limited quantities and produced according to preorder demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as fit, size, change of mind, or shipping timelines.
Estimated shipping timelines for preorder items are provided on the product page when available. Please note that preorder timelines are estimates and may be subject to production or shipping delays. If a delay occurs, we will do our best to keep customers updated.
