Shipping policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING

We try to process all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Our processing time may be slightly delayed due to weekends, holidays and high volume sale periods. All U.S. orders tend to arrive 3-5 business days after the order is placed.  However, we kindly ask our U.S. customers to allow at least 5-7 business days for delivery. For our International customers, please allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery. For online exclusive, made-to-order items, please allow up to 10-14 business days for delivery. Additionally, these items do not qualify for expedited shipping.

Please be sure to include the following order information:  Date item ordered, order number, name, address and email used for your order.  If any of this information is missing, it will delay our response to you. We appreciate your support and understanding.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.
