What's going on everybody? I hope you all have had an amazing 2022, as we are approaching the last few weeks of the year. I wanted to take a moment to introduce you to a couple new brands that we have added to our curated stock at the State Of Flux shop. We pride ourselves on offering exclusive brands and products that you can't just find everywhere. This means we are always on the look out for fresh and unique brands from all over the world. With our most recent additions, we went north of the border to Canada for some gear.
The first brand I would like to introduce is TAIKAN. Hailing from Vancouver, TAIKAN was founded in 2016 by creative industry veterans. Originally, TAIKAN was more specific with their product offering, being mainly bags. However, over the years they have expanded their product merchandise. Now, TAIKAN offers everything from bottoms to headwear, knitwear, and more.
My personal favorite item we have at the shop from TAIKAN is the Knit Sweater in forest green. It's 100% cotton so it won't leave you itchy like a classic wool knitted sweater. It also features some beautiful detail along its raglan-cut sleeves. But don't take my word for it, check out the rest of the TAIKAN products online or in store now!
The second brand we started to carry at the shop is KUWALLA TEE. Established in 2012 and pronounced "qua-li-ty", all design takes place in Montreal with the intent to redefine everyday basics through elevated essentials. One thing I really appreciate about this brand is their morals. They believe in minimizing waste wherever they can throughout their conceptualization and manufacturing process. In addition, they are members of the 1% for the Planet movement - an organization that provides a window to contribute by donating 1% of sales to environmental causes.
At the shop, we are offering 3 different styles of bottoms as well as my favorite KUWALLA TEE product - the Thermal Shirt in orange. This button-up is such a beautiful shade of orange and features a waffle knit pattern through out for a soft-textured feel.
